We have been working on porthole trim for several days now. We have a total of 9 portholes in the main cabin that need to have trim rings installed. The trim rings hide the gap between the interior panels and the aluminum cabin top. The gap is from the insulation between the two surfaces. We completed one ring to test the idea and found it to work well. So now we are repeating the process on the other 8 portholes. Here are some photos of the process.
