The shakedown cruise was successful. We covered more than 275 miles…not bad for the first shakedown cruise and sail test. There were no major breakages. We are planning to accomplish the following items before departing on the Circumnavigation:
Take a series of voyages with the family and friends who have helped us along the way.
Replace scuba gear.
Afford a satellite tracker.
Finish a pile of small rebuild tasks.
Make more videos when possible.
Our video making officially started with the launch video. The next video we make should be about traveling and navigating the Great Lakes with a sextant.
